Rose was born March 2, 1925. She is the daughter of John and Dorothy Brocato
of Shreveport Louisiana. They immigrated from Italy when they
were young but did not meet each other until located in the United States.
I met Rose on a blind date while I was stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base Louisiana.
We were married shortly after that on January 26, 1949.
This picture was taken while we were in Shreveport LA. in June 2001. She does not like to
have her picture taken and this one in is not as good as the one I had
here before taken Xmas 1997. I just thought I should try to keep
pictures more up-to-date. I will keep trying to get a better one.
Rose's hobbies are Bingo and Crocheting.
